Llyn Brenig is a large lake (owned and operated by Welsh Water) in Corwen North Wales. Entry is free however parking is pay and display. Llyn Brenig is open daily (apart from Xmas day) until sunset*. The lake has way marked paths for walking, cycling and bird watching also keep your eyes pealed for red squirrels. You can pick up a leaflet of the paths in the visitor information building where you will also find a café overlooking the lake along with an exhibition and information about the lake, both are open from March to October. For those with children there is a very well equipped park for them to enjoy. There are several picnic benches and plenty of green areas to have a picnic! Llyn Brenig

Fishing information for Llyn Brenig
Llyn Brenig is stocked with Rainbow and Brown Trout and has an international reputation for fly-fishing the site has also hosted the world fly-fishing championship and fly-fishing internationals. Click here for fishing information.
